Do AOSL and Nvidia have the deal already? I found an article (Published Jun 24, 2024): "In a new post on Kuo's own Medium blog and a post on X, the analyst said: "Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Ltd (AOSL) is poised to become a new GB200 supplier and one of the leading beneficiaries of NVIDIA's certification process change".

Alpha & Omega Semi is already a supplier of MOSFETs and power ICs for NVIDIA's HGX/DGX100. According to Apple expert and analyst Ming-Chi Ku, a change in Apple's certification process means that Alpha & Omega Semi will also act as a supplier for the GB200, at the expense of MPS and Renesas. NVIDIA plans to release a new version of its leading AI chips every year, so suppliers have to be approved more quickly. The company could start supplying products to NVIDIA as early as the end of the year. The GB200 is NVIDIA's new top AI model. Demand will be very high because, in conjunction with NVIDIA NVLink, it offers 30 times faster real-time LLM inference performance for language models with several trillion parameters. In addition, compared to the H100 infrastructure with air cooling, the GB200 offers 25 times more performance with the same power consumption and at the same time reduces water consumption by more than 13 times. Alpha & Omega will therefore benefit significantly from the GB200. The share has now broken out to its 52-week high, ending the correction since 2022!

Their supply will always be limited by output manufacturing. Eventually, if output is more than supply, profits and expenses increase. In addition to that, how fast will datacenters rotate from year to year architectures? It also takes a while to build a datacenter. The impact won't be seen immediately as much as we think. Adoption of new tehc is always a roll-out of some kind. I also know some of my friends don't replace their gpus for 3-5 years and I've heard eneterprices rotating every 5 years. I can see consumer gpus increases in price just to meet investor demands. Mhm, it's really a coin flip now since it's at a 3 trillion valuation. It's a great company and has the best gpus, but I like to stick to the confines of realism in relation to other stock giants.

If NVDA comes up with something else highly transformative after Ruben chip series, the stock will continue but may not be too much more. Hence one must think of trimming some at that point.

I have 1,663 shares currently. I’m on the fence of buying more, but am not super confident that is the right move because I personally am not sure how much more the share price can grow realistically. Maybe I’m better off buying another stock and letting my current amount mature.

AI stocks will dominate 2024. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I'll also take these other recommendations you made.

INVIDIA $200 BEFORE END OF JULY. I bought some at 119 but definitely I’ll buy some more first thing tomorrow before it takes off 🚀 😜.
